After placing your order from the website a pick-up notification will be sent to you. That's the indication that your item is ready for pick-up our business location, 

We offer home delivery within Suva only for a minimum fee of $5. Selective time and alternate days is when delivery will be done. 

We offer FIjiwide shipping with our partners CDP which offers COD delivery. Delivery charge of $10 is added during checkout. We also offer delivery around the Pacific Region via TNT but do consult with our customer care for shipping fees. 

Product must be returned in its original packaging (sealed). In a situation, if the product is faulty, contact us with 24-48hrs so a replacement or repair could be arranged.
